Pavilions GU28

Just over an hours drive from London!

Set in secluded woodland with views across the South Downs, Pavilions is a
pair of beautifully restored 18th-century gate lodges
Originally designed in the mid-1700s by architect Matthew Brettingham, these charming
gatehouses once marked the entrance to the Petworth estate. Today they have been
sensitively restored and thoughtfully converted into an elegant rural retreat, blending
historic character with contemporary comfort.
The two lodges sit side-by-side at the top of a gentle hill, reached via a
private woodland road.

There is the option of shoot and stay , there is a further Bothy Cottage offering further accommodation.
